Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is the difference between your services and those of a traditional copy shop?
A: Dann Graham’s Perfect Image, Inc. is a service organization that caters to the needs of law firms and their daily production whether it be paper, video, audio, digital or technical support. We understand the importance of timely, accurate and professional production system and that is reflected in our aggressive quality control procedures. A copy or print shop caters to anyone who needs to mass produce paper documents. Most copy or print shops offer litigation copying as another revenue stream and use the same procedures and personnel used on mass production.
Q: Why do you claim that scanning is more cost effective than copying paper documents?
A: Over the past decade of producing documents for law firms, our research has shown the average paper document was reproduced 8.5 times during the discovery process. Comparing similar cases, scanning the document initially and putting it onto a disc actually resulted in a 60% drop in recopying of original documents – a 40% decrease in costs of production. When a document is scanned and bated initially, the need to handle the original document is virtually eliminated - decreasing the risk of loss, damage or misfiling while maintaining its integrity as original evidence. Providing a disc during discovery rather than a paper product reduces printing cost and shipping costs. Our research also shows law firms that have switched to digital document management have been able to increase their case loads with virtually the same staff as previously - increasing billable hours while maintaining staffing costs.
Q: Can you convert my documents so that they can be used in my particular document management software?
A: Yes! We need to look at what software you are using and implement a plan.
Q: How do I start utilizing your services?
A: Just give us a call at 307.638.0770 and we can set up an account.
